Roosevelt Elk (Cervus canadensis roosevelti) is native to North America, especially in the Pacific Northwest of the United States and parts of British Columbia, Canada. The elk was named after former US President Theodore Roosevelt in recognition of his contributions to conservation. They are one of the largest elk species in North America, living in moist forests and mountainous environments, and mainly feed on grasses, leaves and bark. This Outdoor Elk Statue vividly reproduces the moment when the Roosevelt elk makes a high-pitched call, and the whole shape looks majestic and shocking.
The elk in the Outdoor Elk Statue holds its head high, and its antlers extend majestically backward, as if declaring its sovereignty over the territory. It opens its mouth and makes the kind of penetrating high-pitched call that is unique to male elk during the breeding season to attract the opposite sex or warn competitors. The elk’s body muscles are taut, and its strong limbs stand firmly on the rocks, as if it is making a sound that shocks all around. The delicate sculptural details, especially in the fur and muscle texture of the elk, demonstrate a high level of artistry. Welcome to contact us for more details.
