1. Introduction of Eagle Statuary

Bald Eagle,  is a raptor endemic to the North American continent, mainly distributed in the United States, Canada and parts of Mexico. They prefer to live in areas with abundant water sources, such as lakes, rivers and coastal areas, and fish are their main food source. Bald eagles are known for their powerful flight, able to soar with ease and remain aloft for long periods of time to better observe prey on the ground or water. The lifelike Eagle Statuary in the picture adopts a dynamic posture of swooping down and preparing to attack, showing the concentration and majesty of the vulture at the moment of hunting. Its flight speed can reach 120 kilometers per hour, especially when diving to hunt for food, showing extremely high accuracy and explosive power.

The bald eagle’s wings in the Eagle Statuary are widely spread, and the curvature of the wings is natural and layered. The texture of each feather is carefully depicted, making the entire sculpture very three-dimensional. 2. Production Process of Eagle Statuary

1. Confirming the details drawing/ 3D mold/ Pictures with cliens.
2. Making clay mold according to drawing/ client’s photos/ 3D mold.
3. Lost-Wax casting bronze/brass statues.
4. Welding and Chasing. It is very key step for high-quality sculpture.
5. Patina and wax surface, take all different views pictures/ videos, show to clients.
6. Packing into wooden cases after clients are satisfied with sculptures.
