Joan of Arc, a French national hero, is known as the “Maiden of Orleans”. She led the French army to resist the invasion of England in the Hundred Years’ War in the early 15th century, winning a key victory for France and turning the tide of the war. This Equestrian Statue of Joan of Arc uses gilding technology to show her majestic posture wearing armor and riding a warhorse. As a peasant girl, she claimed to have heard the guidance of God and resolutely led troops to rescue the besieged Orleans, and finally helped Charles VII to be crowned as the King of France. In 1431, Joan of Arc was captured and burned at the stake by the British army for treason. Her heroic deeds and firm beliefs inspired countless descendants. In 1920, she was canonized as a saint by the Catholic Church and became one of the symbolic figures of France.
In the Equestrian Statue of Joan of Arc, Joan of Arc is wearing armor, holding a high flag in her hand, riding a warhorse, with a firm expression and eyes full of determination. Her horse’s front hooves are raised, as if she is about to rush to the battlefield, symbolizing her courage and fearlessness in war. Every detail of the Joan of Arc Bronze Sculpture shows the armor craftsmanship of the time and the majestic image of the war horse. The flag fluttering in the air enhances the statue’s dynamism and solemnity. Welcome to contact us for more details.
