Hippopotamus (Hippopotamus amphibius) live in African waters and prefer to live in rivers, lakes and wetlands. They are typical semi-aquatic animals that spend most of their time in the water and only come to land to forage at night. Hippos have very thick skin and are adapted to the humid environment in the water, but they must stay in the water frequently to maintain body temperature and avoid sunburn. Hippos live in groups, and usually a group of hippos gather in the water to rest and socialize. This Large Hippo Ornament is made of bronze and presents a simple and vivid shape.
The hippo in the Bronze Hippo sculpture lowers its head, as if it is resting in the water or observing the surrounding environment. Its body is round and its limbs are short and thick, showing the typical large and stable appearance of a hippopotamus. The facial details of the Large Hippo Ornament are very delicate, and the wide mouth, slightly squinting eyes and short ears are portrayed vividly and interestingly, conveying a gentle and friendly temperament. The smooth bronze material presents a natural luster, adding an elegant artistic sense to the sculpture. The overall shape has both a sense of power and artistic expression, perfectly reproducing the unique charm of the hippopotamus. Arturban statue can customize various hippo statues.
