Outdoor polar bear statue is a monument that depicts a tragic incident involving a runaway polar bear. It was created by the artist David Annand to commemorate an event near Dundee, Scotland, in November 1878. A fairly large polar bear escaped his trainer and caused damage for hours before arrested. At that time, a local newspaper reported that the bear was wandering in the street, causing great excitement and confusion. It followed a woman into a local clothing retailer. It was fascinated by its reflection in the mirror. Here, the bear is subdued by ropes and taken away. Depicting this incredible but real event, two characters run onto a piece of ice. A statue of a polar bear chasing a frightened man may attract some people’s attention and double attention.
This polar bear statue is made of marble and bronze. The white marble shows the color and lifestyle of polar bears. The bronze figures are more colorful and three-dimensional.
